July Sublet in Park Slope

Email phil@philgillen.com with questions or interest.

Rent: $2200 (utilities included)

Dates: Full month of July

Our apartment is a cozy 1br on a tree-lined street in the heart of Park Slope. It’s right off of 5th Avenue, which means it’s very close to all the hipster bars your heart desires (and Ample Hills). There are also plenty of restaurants, bodegas, a big grocery store, and laundromats, all within a block or two.

There’s a lovely backyard that is shared with our upstairs neighbors. You’d be welcome to use it, and we only ask that you be courteous and keep the noise down for the folks upstairs. There is an AC in the bedroom, and there are two fans in the living room. We’ve also got a big Smart TV in the living room (no cable, but access to all streaming platforms), along with an Amazon Echo for music.

The apartment is two blocks away from the Union St R train, which is then one stop away from every train on the planet at Atlantic Terminal. You can also just walk to Atlantic Terminal, which takes about 10 minutes. Prospect Park is a 15 minute walk, and there are farmers’ markets held at the entrance to the park, and on 5th Avenue, every weekend in the summer.

We would leave you with a typical short-term sublet setup - our furnishings, decorations and some possessions will remain, but we’ll clear space for you in the closet, dresser, etc.
